OraStripdx Sample Kit

OraStripdx detects active periodontal disease during its earliest stages, in less than 10 seconds, with just a swipe along the gum line. The color change gives an easy-to-read result which veterinary teams can use as visual proof of the need for dental treatments and at-home care.

Each Sample Kit contains:

• 6 individually pouched OraStripdx test strips (with color comparator on label)

• Client-facing periodontal disease education sheet
• Step-by-step implementation guide for veterinary practices
• Detailed instructions for use

Instructions: Gently glide the OraStripdx test strip along the maxillary gingival margin of a canine or feline patient, wait ten seconds, and compare the color developed to the colors on the comparator. If thiols are detected in sufficient concentration, the indicator pad will turn yellow, serving as a visual indicator of active periodontal disease and the need for dental treatment. Recommended for use in every exam.
